BetterFeed is a small studio that makes attention-respecting tools. These terms cover this website, betterfeed.io. Each product we ship has its own terms (for instance, the Window app has its own at window terms).
By using this website, you're agreeing to what's on this page. If you don't, please don't use the site.
betterfeed.io is the public website of BetterFeed. It exists to share what we're building, why, and how to reach us. It does not host any account, payment system, or personal user data. If you're using one of our products (like Window), the product's own terms apply to that use.
Be a normal visitor. Don't try to break the site, scrape it for resale, abuse the lead form, or use the contact addresses to spam us. We may block IPs or addresses that misuse the site or our inboxes.
If you submit an email through a form on this site (for instance, the "notify me" form on the Window page), we store it in a private spreadsheet and use it only for the purpose you signed up for. We don't sell it, share it, or add you to a marketing list. You can ask us to remove it any time by writing to hello@betterfeed.io.

The copy, design, and assets on this site are owned by BetterFeed unless credited otherwise. You're welcome to quote short excerpts (with a link back) or share screenshots in good faith. Please don't republish whole pages, redistribute our logos for commercial use, or imply BetterFeed endorses something we don't.
This site links to outside services (App Store, TestFlight, Aptabase, others as they come up). We're not responsible for what happens on those sites, only for the link itself being honest about where it goes.
This website is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterFeed is not liable for damages arising from your use of this website.
We update these terms occasionally. If we change something material, we'll note it at the top of this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of India.
